Black Diamond Tree Service has been a member of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) since 1998. From left to right in the photo below are Josh, Jake, Jason, Bill and Denise.

We attended the world's largest tree care industry trade show and conference held in Baltimore, Maryland in November with our team. The Tree Care Industry Association (www.tcia.org) is a 70-year-old public and professional resource on trees and arboriculture representing approximately 2,100 tree service and affiliated company members.

We each attended many seminars and workshops on safety, arboriculture and business management and networked with fellow tree care workers. Bill and his team shopped for new tools and equipment. Bill and Denise enjoyed reconnecting with old friends and we all made some new ones. We also all had time for a little fun and left energized with new knowledge and ideas that will help us to continue to improve our business to better serve our clients.
Special thanks to Diane for doing a great job holding down the fort while we were gone. (I think she was grateful for a bit of quiet time in the office to work on projects without having more projects tossed her way!)
